With over 40 years of experience in counselling and facilitating emotional well-being, Prof. Retha Knoetze (Ph.d) invites you to embark on a journey to strengthen your inner-self on physical, emotional and spiritual levels.


During the journey, assessment of your well-being is done through:

  • Consultation sessions
  • Proffiling of you as person (by means of the following techniques/questionnaires):
              Enneagram (personality-type indicator)
              Love Language (a way to focus on qualitative functioning)
              Temperament (a way to understand application of personality)
              Colour Assessment (indicates who, how and 'what' you are)

The journey further includes intervention strategies to strengthen the inner-self. Techniques applied are the following:
  • Colour integrative techniques
  • Sand work
  • Human Modelling
  • Journalling
  • Brain Health (Braverman strategies)

Finalising the journey and closure of the process is done through:
  • Kinesiology
  • Regression (when needed)
  • Relaxation massage and visualisation techniques

Stress Assessment

Good Day,

Are you unsure of things and feeling stressed (especially in this time of the lockdown)? We offer a solution !!!

Get a professional and personalised stress assessment done by Professor Retha Knoetze by simply completing the attached questionnaire and sending it back.

Based on your completed questionnaire, specific recommendations will be made on how to address the stress you’re experiencing.

The fee for this assessment is R 350 – 00.

Banking details will be provided on request and your assessment will be processed as soon as proof of payment, as well as the completed questionnaire, have been received.

There are four categories we are dealing with, which are:

i) Well done. Your stress levels are functionally healthy and controllable. You seem to be having adequate/enough stress coping techniques. Possibly, you are a flexible, adaptive and stress-wise and fit person.
ii) This score means that negative stress reactions are increasing slowly. At present you are not in the danger zone. You need to read more about stress related issues to acquire more knowledge, skills and techniques of handling negative stressors.
iii) Your stress levels are functionally unhealthy and not desirable. Stress is definitely a problem to you. You are not stress-wise or stress fit. Seek professional help from psychologist, psychiatrist, counsellors, therapists, medical doctor, etc.
iv) Stress constitutes a serious psycho physical health risk for you and you must seek professional help immediately. You have reached the so-called panic zone or dysfunctional stress levels. You may also be heading for a nervous breakdown and may be a candidate for burnout. Furthermore, you could have developed some psychometric diseases for example high blood pressure, diabetes, ulcers, depression, migraine, chronic anxiety, etc.
